One Day Seminar in Credit Control
This very successful introductory seminar is designed for small business owners and people working in credit departments of larger organisations. No specialised knowledge of credit management is assumed and attendees participate in lively role-playing activities that reinforce key concepts by simulating real-life situations.
Attendees in previous seminars have come from a wide range of industries, and from organisations that are involved with either consumer or commercial credit, or both. All attendees are encouraged to share their own particular credit issues with the group.
