Quality Management Policy

The ARMS group is committed to supplying debt collection services that meet and exceed customer's needs and expectations, market and contract requirements and requirements of society.

All members meet or exceed legislation in relevant States and Territories and all licences and bonds are held by appropriate company officers.

Quality Assurance

The Australian Industry Associations under The Institute of Mercantile Agents (IMA) umbrella; Australian Collectors Association Australian Investigators Association are joint teachers of ACA International Professional Practice Management Systems (PPMS), under American ISO 9002 standards. David Cains is the IMA National President.

The Company has an Officer responsible for quality functions, and has documented Quality Assurance Manuals and Procedures which can be provided on CD Rom with all PPMS and compliance training.

PPMS is certified under US ISO 9002.
