About The ARMS Group
Managing Director's Message
The success of our partnership approach to accounts receivable management and debt collection services has prompted our expansion. The ARMS Global Group Pty Ltd now has offices in five Australian states and in New Zealand enabling a greater reach of our services.
The key to our success has been our Firm but Friendly approach to accounts and professional and personal relationships with our clients. We have considerable expertise and depth of experience gained over 26 years. Additionally, the ARMS Group have been at the forefront in providing the latest accounts receivable services meeting individual client needs.
Our personal approach to business is our single greatest strength according to our clients. An increasing complaint I hear from the industry is that companies are speaking with different people every time they contact a debt collection agency. While the industry has consolidated over the past few years it has become less personal. Rest assured. The ARMS Group partnership approach will remain the cornerstone of our business philosophy
Each ARMS Group client is welcome to directly contact our management team. Clients like to discuss business with managers who understand their business needs and who are proactive in delivering solutions.
The ARMS Group maintains a long list of satisfied large, medium, and small clients many of which have been with us for years. We count many nationally respected organisations as clients including American Express, Repco, Mayne Health and Coles.
The ARMS Group team and I are committed to providing a personal, friendly, and professional service to our clients.
